These terms apply when you use the Closer Than Words app and the digital conversation card decks you bought from our online shop. By using the app you agree to them. The app is operated by Closer Than Words.
When you buy a digital deck, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that deck in the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Prices, payment, refunds and cancellations are governed by our shop's policies, which you accepted at checkout.
You sign in with the email and order number or confirmation code from your purchase. Each purchase can be used on up to two devices at the same time. Please keep your sign-in details private. If you need to move to a new device, sign out on an old device first, or contact us.
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
The cards, designs, texts, logos and app are owned by Closer Than Words or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You do not receive ownership of them.
The "Feelings & Flames" deck is for adults aged 18 and over. By opening it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The decks are designed to start conversations. They are not therapy, counselling, medical or legal advice. Take part only in ways you are comfortable with, and stop at any time. If you are in a difficult or unsafe situation, please contact a qualified professional or local support service.
We may add, change or remove cards, or update the app, from time to time. We try to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
